Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking cleaners for a busy retail site in Eastleigh, SO53. Hourly pay is £12.71 with weekly payment and an immediate start. The role offers regular morning shifts, with a temporary to permanent path after 10 weeks, and ongoing, stable work in a large retail environment.

Shifts run Monday to Saturday, with early starts (05:00–13:00 or 12:00–18:00). The position provides weekly pay and the potential for a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Reliable and punctual in attendance.
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
