Job Vacancy: Cleaner

Location: Birmingham

Organisation: Monarch Education

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

About The Role

As a Cleaner within the school, you will play a vital role in ensuring the premises are hygienic, tidy, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include cleaning classrooms, communal areas, toilets, and other facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and shared areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Restocking supplies such as soap and paper towels
• Sanitising surfaces and high-touch areas
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the school environment at all times
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good attention to detail
