As a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understand when work needs to be carried out, and familiarize yourself with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while adhering to Health and Safety requirements. Successful completion of all required training is essential.
You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive and productive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key responsibilities.
