Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cleaner. Earn £13.45–£13.65 per hour with 8- or 15-hour contracts and AM shifts. Interviews on 3 November 2026. 30-35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.

As a Cleaner, you’ll help maintain a tidy store and high hygiene standards, operate cleaning machinery, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Training and a diverse, inclusive workplace are provided.

• Experience in cleaning or maintenance (beneficial but not essential)
• A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly maintain your store to keep it looking its very best
• Keep your store's trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces clean and tidy to make a great first impression
• Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery
• Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste and recycling sections
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed
• Proactively make sure that hygiene, Health and Safety standards are upheld
