Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Ormeau is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our team. You will perform cleaning tasks to maintain safe and inviting premises, following health and safety guidelines. The role offers morning shifts and weekly hours consistent with local demand.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent service while seeking improvements.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am to 10.30am

Location: Ormeau

What You Will Do As a Cleaner

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
