• Shift Pattern: Starting between 6-7am Monday to Saturday
• Location: Co Op, Burnside, Longhoughton, Alnwick, Northumberland, England, NE66 3JQ

Role Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understand when work needs to be carried out, and learn about all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will undertake all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively. You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of this role.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
