Job Description
Clean Water Network Modellers/Engineers – All levels.
Locations: Cardiff, Belfast, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Epsom, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Peterborough, Warrington.
AtkinsRéalis is a leading name in Water Networks and influences discussions in the UK and internationally on future water network management. Due to growth in our Water business, we seek to recruit Clean Water Network Modellers/Engineers across UK offices. These roles offer flexible working, with potential home offices in listed locations. You will join a team of engineers, modellers, GIS specialists, and technicians, working on projects for clients including Water Companies, Local Authorities, developers, and international projects.
The team is part of Asset Planning & Solutions, working on water and wastewater projects, including designing water supply networks, trunk mains, drainage improvements, and flood control. The work involves feasibility studies, computer modelling, and analysis to support operational and environmental decisions. If you aim to develop all-round skills and find solutions for water management, a career at AtkinsRéalis is ideal.
Experience with Synergee, InfoWorks, GIS packages like ARC or MapInfo, and civil engineering is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided. Tasks include feasibility studies, computer analysis, liaising with stakeholders, and producing short reports outlining findings.
Senior roles require experience in model usage, hydraulic analysis, solution development, and leadership to match position levels.
