Job summary

Attega Group is recruiting a Clean Water Network Assistant to join their client team in Gravesend. You will work alongside the lead operative to assist with water supply repair works, with typical hours from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

Salary up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including overtime, 28 days holiday, training and progression, and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience on sites such as groundworks, labouring, reinstatement or utilities.
• 2 years of water supply repair experience would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in site safety is required.
• Willingness to learn and progress in the role.
• EUSR/SHEA Drains and Sewers certification desirable.
• Cable Avoidance Tool Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support with emergency and planned repairs to water mains and service connections.
• Carrying out excavations in highways, footpaths, private land and commercial premises.
• Completing daily reports.
• Carrying out pipe repairs, service renewals and fitting replacements.
• Installing trench support systems.

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Clean Water Network Assistant to join their team.

The main purpose of this Clean Water Network Assistant role is towork alongside the lead operative to assist with the water supply repair works.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £37,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week. Typically 6am - 4pm

Reporting to the Hiring Manageryour responsibilities will include:
