Job summary

Nuffield Health in Swindon is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment at our gym and wellbeing clubs.

The role is 5 hours per week with pro rata pay. You will work with modern cleaning equipment and receive thorough training while contributing to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality in cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers and their experience.
• Take pride in your work and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Follow cleaning processes to keep location safe and pleasant.
• Use cleaning equipment safely (scrubbers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Tackle gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside cleaning plus waste removal.

£26,707.20 pro rata

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team Member at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club
• Care about our customers
• Take pride in your work
• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
