Job summary

Nuffield Health Leeds FWC is seeking a Clean Team Member for part-time bank shifts. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our fitness and wellbeing clubs, interacting with colleagues and customers.

You will use the latest cleaning equipment, follow training, and contribute to a high standard of cleanliness across gym areas, changing rooms, showers and poolside spaces. This role rewards reliability and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is valued.
• Be well organised and able to plan your time with support from a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers and take pride in your work.
• Follow cleaning processes to keep locations clean, safe and pleasant for customers.
• Use equipment safely (e.g., scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
• Perform tasks across gym, changing rooms, shower and poolside areas, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.

£12.88 per hour

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
