Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Clean Team Member to help maintain high cleanliness standards across our Edinburgh Omni FWC gym facilities. You will work with a team to clean and prepare areas, assist customers, and use safe cleaning equipment under guidance from a Team Leader.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training. The role is ad-hoc/part-time with a pay rate up to £13.10 per hour. Benefits include gym membership and a healthcare plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work to a high standard and be well organised.

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Care about our customers and take pride in your work.
• Use cleaning equipment safely (e.g., scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
• Be responsible for gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
