Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member for our Aylesbury bank club. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for customers, and using cleaning equipment with care.

A friendly demeanor and good communication skills are valued as you interact with colleagues and gym users. You will work under a Team Leader, with training provided to keep cleanliness aligned with high standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly nature and good communication skills.
• Experience delivering customer service or working in a gym environment is a plus.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym,we’llexpect you to organise your work and plan your time withassistancefrom a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature andgood communicationskills, which will come in handy whenyou’reinteracting with colleagues and customers.
