Job summary

Nuffield Health in Chichester is seeking a Clean Team Member to maintain cleanliness across our Fitness & Wellbeing Club. This casual, customer-focused role supports a clean, safe environment and requires good communication with colleagues and customers.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team, you’ll use modern cleaning equipment, receive comprehensive training, and work under a Team Leader to ensure cleaning never disrupts the customer experience. Benefits and pension options accompany the role.

Clean Team Member - Chichester FWC

Location: Chichester FWC

Contract type: Permanent contract

Hours: Part time 6 hours per week

Salary: £27,248 pro rata

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
