Clean Team Member

Location:

Chichester FWC | Cleaning | Permanent | Part-time

Salary:

Up to £26,166.40 pro rata, depending on experience

Hours:

10 hours per week

Role Overview:

As a Nuffield Clean Team Member, you will organize your work with guidance from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning tasks do not disrupt the customer experience. You will use modern cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be essential when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and prepare various areas within the club
2. Provide excellent customer care
3. Take pride in your work
4. Follow cleaning protocols to ensure the environment is clean, safe, and pleasant for customers
5. Operate cleaning equipment safely, including scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
6. Perform tasks such as cleaning gyms, changing rooms, showers, poolside areas, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
