Job summary

Nuffield Health in Doncaster is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader on a part-time basis. You’ll manage cleaning tasks across gym areas, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction, while guiding a team to maintain high hygiene standards.

Experience in a similar role and strong communication skills are valued. The role offers part-time hours (18 per week) with a pro rata salary up to £26,707.20, and a benefits package including gym access and pension options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed to keep the location clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by a thorough training programme.
• A friendly nature and good communication with colleagues and customers are valuable in this role.

You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers.
