Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking two Manufacturing Operators II for a 12-month contract in Warrington (7 Kingsland Grange). You will join a world-class manufacturing operation in an ISO 7 clean room, assembling cartridge products and supporting DNA reagent processes in line with SOPs.

This hands-on role requires experience in manufacturing/clean rooms, COSHH awareness, and strong manual dexterity. Overtime is available; start date ASAP. Training and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or clean room production environment.
• Hands-on experience with hazardous materials and COSHH guidelines awareness.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble in a clean room, operate equipment and inspect products.
• Follow GDP and perform basic QC sampling and testing.
• Mentor and train new team members to achieve competency.
• Monitor calibration schedules for lab instruments and coordinate with maintenance.
• Coordinate with Engineering to resolve equipment issues and keep downtime low.
• Support continuous improvement via PRs and Change Orders in PLM/QA systems.
