The team advises international clients on the real estate aspects of major energy infrastructure projects, including wind farms and solar parks, hydro schemes, battery storage facilities and EV charging infrastructure. The projects are big, important, and they’re shaping the future of how we live and work.

Responsibilities

• Carry the full mix of property work: acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and portfolio management.
• Work on clean energy projects with a focus on solar and battery storage, involving technically challenging and high-value deals.

Qualifications

• Scottish qualified Commercial Property Solicitor.
• Openings at multiple levels, from NQ to Partner level, with opportunity to specialise or bring experience to a new sector.
