Stagecoach London is seeking a Classroom Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom learning across East and South East London. You will coach colleagues for PCV theory, inductions, and system training, promoting safety and customer care while upholding Stagecoach values.

You will be a positive role model, enabling colleagues to thrive and improve performance through engaging learning, coaching, and ongoing development. Flexibility in location and hours is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering training, coaching, or learning programmes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards.
• Teaching or training qualification Level 3+ desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging classroom learning programmes across East and South East London.
• Facilitate CPC and other business-critical training.
• Deliver welcoming and informative inductions.
• Coach colleagues for PCV theory, hazard perception and case study assessments.
• Deliver learning modules that promote safe driving, customer care and professional excellence.
• Support colleagues through coaching, feedback and ongoing development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training on operational systems, ticketing equipment and future technologies.
