About the Role
As a Classroom Teacher at Springwood Heath Primary School, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners. You will foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, ensuring that all pupils, including those with SEND, can thrive. Key responsibilities include: Creating and implementing dynamic and differentiated lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum. Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing timely feedback and support. Establishing a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development. Contributing to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events. Maintaining high expectations for pupil behaviour, progress, and personal development.
