Are you looking for a rewarding career working with children but don’t have experience in education? Our specialist SEN school in Horsham is offering full training for enthusiastic individuals to become Classroom Support Workers for students with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Support students in lessons, helping them stay engaged and motivated.
• Assist with hands-on activities, such as music, sports, life skills, and outdoor learning.
• Help students develop social skills and self-confidence.
• Work as part of a dedicated SEN team to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
