Classroom Support Assistant

Sheffield (S8)

Start Date: April 2025

Full time: Monday Friday / 8:30am 15:30pm

Pay rate: £444.60 - £524.90 per week

The School and Role

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Classroom Support Assistant to work full time in an inspirational school for SEND pupils between the ages of 3 and 18 with an Education Health and Care Plan. The school has been recognised by Ofsted as being A positive place to learn . As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to guide students in working towards their targets and providing them with a calm and happy environment which will enable pupils to thrive in their individual development.

Requirements

The desired Classroom Support Assistant will have;

  • Experience of working with primary or secondary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
