You’ll be standing in for absent teachers, keeping students engaged, and getting a real taste of school life—without the full responsibility just yet.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervising lessons with work already set by teachers

A degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)

Some experience working with young people (youth work, coaching, mentoring, tutoring etc.)
