Job summary

Oasis Academy Lord's Hill in Southampton is recruiting Cover Supervisors to join our in-house supply pool across Lord's Hill, Mayfield and Sholing. You will help deliver pre-prepared lessons, support a positive learning environment, and build strong relationships with staff and students.

This flexible role offers consistent hours, priority access to available shifts, and the chance to gain experience across an all-through academy within a supportive team focused on development and student

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus a Level 3 qualification.
• Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident communication style.
• Reliability, flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations with confidence and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with staff to support continuity of learning.
