Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Contract Type: Long term
Leader Education are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic alternative provision setting.
This role involves working with students aged 6-16 who have been identified by their mainstream schools as at risk of permanent exclusion due to behavioural challenges, supporting their education and personal development with the goal of helping them successfully reintegrate into mainstream education and overcome any obstacles to success.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30 until 16:30 and is a long-term position.
