Mainstream Primary School in Fairford is seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to support and enhance the learning environment for young children. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and eager to contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers to facilitate engaging lessons across various subjects, including Maths, English, Geography, and PE. You will support children’s development, assist with lesson delivery, and foster a nurturing learning environment.

This position is suitable for recent graduates considering a career in education or experienced assistants seeking new challenges. While previous experience working with children, such as mentoring, tutoring, or childcare, is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioral challenges, or learning difficulties is advantageous.
