A friendly and well-resourced SEN school in Yeovil is looking for a Part-Time Classroom Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

Applicants from nursery and primary school backgrounds do particularly well in this role, and those with experience in SEN settings are highly desirable. You must be outgoing, playful, and confident in engaging learners through fun, sensory, and hands-on activities.
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting students with a range of SEN including autism, developmental delay and communication needs
Assisting with sensory play, structured routines, and learning through movement
Encouraging emotional and social development through positive interactions
Working closely with the class teacher and other support staff
Helping with personal care if required

Experience in nursery, primary or SEN settings
