Do you want to play a key role in supporting young people during their secondary school journey? A welcoming and supportive secondary school in Southampton is currently looking for enthusiastic classroom assistant to join their dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic school environment, supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll be working either 1:1 with students who need additional academic support or assisting in small groups and classroom settings.
You will play a key role in supporting the academic and personal development of students, working closely with teaching staff to help every learner feel confident, included, and motivated to succeed.
Requirements
The desired Classroom Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with secondary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
