Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Classic Car Technician in Tunbridge Wells to service and repair iconic classics, with a focus on meticulous mechanical work and engine rebuilds.

You will join a small, passionate team in a relaxed workshop environment, handling projects from the 70s to 90s and collaborating with customers and club members to ensure excellent results.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years' post-apprenticeship experience in automotive repair.
• Proven background working with classic or specialised vehicles, ideally Porsche.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in engine rebuilds and routine servicing.
• Ability to work methodically and independently, with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects for extended periods with patience and precision.
• Open to s with experience in other brands such as Ford or similar, provided they have automotive expertise

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing classic and vintage cars, predominantly from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
• Conducting routine maintenance and mechanical work with a focus on attention to detail.
• Engine rebuilding and thorough diagnostics.
• Assisting with vehicle restoration projects, excluding bodywork.
• Providing expert support and advice for customers and club members.
• Working alongside a dedicated team with a passion for classic vehicles
