NOW HIRING: HGV Drivers - Daventry (NN6)
Join Berry Recruitment for rewarding, ongoing HGV work!

Pay Rate: £17.50 - £22.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Shift Patterns: AM/PM shifts available - Monday to Sunday
Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift
Location: Daventry, NN6

About the Role:

We're looking for experienced HGV Class C / C+E Drivers to join our team in Daventry. You'll be distributing clothing and groceries across the UK, following scheduled routes and communicating with our Transport Team throughout your shift. What You'll Be Doing:

• Nationwide deliveries of goods from Daventry

• Adhering to daily schedules and communicating any delays

• Representing our client and Berry Recruitment to a high standard

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting issues

• Navigating routes using electronic systems

• Logging activity and maintaining delivery records

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class C / C+E Licence

• Full Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

• Valid Digital Tachograph / Smart Card

• Knowledge of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive

• Max 6 penalty points on licence - no DD, DR or IN endorsements

• Must pass a standard drug and alcohol test

• Flexibility to work alternate weekends

• Strong communication and time management skills
