Job description

Insight Employment is recruiting for an experienced Class Two HGV Driver for a client in Haddenham.

The Role:

As a Class Two HGV Driver, you will be delivering frozen fish and catering food to customers' Fish & Chip shops, using a variety of vehicles and equipment. You will typically complete multiple deliveries per day.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of HGV class two experience
• Must have been engaged in HGV work within the last 6 months
• Must possess a valid CPC card/Tacho licence
• Must have held a driving licence for at least two years, with a maximum of 6 points (no CD, DD, DR, IN endorsements)
• Must be reliable
• Must be physically fit, as lifting and carrying boxes of fish up to 30kg is required
• Must be available to work Bank Holidays, including Easter

This is a Temp to Perm position for suitable candidates.

Once permanent, additional benefits include:

• 48 hours guaranteed per week
• 27 days holiday, with 3 days reserved for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day

Shift/Hours:

Monday to Friday, starting between 06:00am and 06:30am until the completion of the day's work. No weekends.

Rates:

GBP16.00 per hour
