Job summary

Freeman's Endowed Junior CE Academy is seeking a flexible, enthusiastic teacher who upholds our church-school ethos. You will deliver an ambitious primary curriculum, foster safe, happy learning, and support pastoral needs.

You will work as part of a supportive team, collaborate with staff and governors, and seize opportunities for professional development while contributing to a caring, faith-based community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering primary curriculum and pastoral care.
• Ability to deliver high-quality teaching and meet curriculum needs.
• Capable of using a range of behaviour management strategies.
• Commitment to the ethos of a Church and Trust school.

About this Role

Freeman's Endowed Junior CE Academy is a friendly, inclusive, nurturing school with a big family feel, where everyone is treated with kindness, respect and understanding - our children love coming to school every day! Our staff work incredibly hard to provide an ambitious curriculum so that our children receive the best possible education. We are proud of our close links with St Barnabas School, which is our feeder infant school. Additionally, both schools are led and managed by the same Headteacher and Leadership Team.
