Salary: Grade/scale point and Main Pay scale M1-M6. ECTs will be considered.

The School:

St Margaret Clitherow is a successful one-form entry Catholic Primary School and Nursery with a strong and supportive staff team. We are situated in Neasden, a 15-minute walk from Wembley Park Tube Station in the London Borough of Brent. We are part of the All Saints’ Trust, which includes four primary schools and one secondary school. The Post:

We are looking to recruit a talented and inspiring teacher with proven classroom experience who is committed to helping our students fulfill their potential. We want a teacher with the skills, desire, and experience to develop and nurture every child in their care. They will deliver consistently good teaching and learning to help all students achieve excellent academic results. In return, they will work alongside staff who will coach, nurture, and lead by example to ensure the best for their team.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven good/outstanding classroom practice
  • Is committed to promoting high standards in teaching and learning
  • Has the ability to lead, inspire, engage, and motivate pupils
  • Is committed to whole school development
  • Has a clear understanding of how AFL and marking can promote excellent learning

Will take a lead in a subject area as agreed with the Leadership Team, supporting staff in policy development and practice in this area.
