What will you do?
  • Ensure the learning and achievement of all pupils in your class(es), promoting equality of opportunity
  • Achieve high standards in work and conduct within the Science curriculum and across the school
  • Deliver a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective curriculum with high achievement expectations
  • Lead on developing syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, assessment policies, and innovative teaching strategies to motivate students and raise achievement
  • Collaborate with other Subject Leaders to embed cross-curricular literacy, numeracy, and ICT, raising standards
