Woodley Primary School is a vibrant and nurturing learning community with a strong commitment to the development and success of every child. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and experienced teacher to join our team as an EYFS Phase Lead, with a TLR2a attached.

This permanent post, starting in September 2025, is ideal for someone with the ambition, vision, and drive to lead and further enhance our Early Years Foundation Stage provision.

Has recent, successful experience of teaching in Nursery and/or Reception

Can lead a team effectively, inspire others and drive forward continuous improvement
Has excellent classroom practice and a commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
Is confident in building positive relationships with children, families, staff and external partners
