Brackensdale Spencer Academy seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Enhanced Resource Teacher to lead high-quality provision within our Enhanced Resource Unit (ER). Join a supportive, forward-thinking academy that values inclusive education for all.
Located in Mackworth, Derby, our warm, two-form entry primary school is part of the Spencer Academies Trust, a successful Multi-Academy Trust based in the East Midlands.
As an Enhanced Resource Teacher, you will deliver tailored learning experiences for children with diverse needs, including ASC, communication and interaction differences, and complex learning profiles. You will collaborate with the SENDCo, teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to support each child's development.
This role is suitable for experienced teachers seeking a new challenge or newly qualified teachers starting their careers. We seek energetic, passionate, and committed individuals who can inspire a love of learning through engaging lessons.
