  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Show a commitment to inclusive practice, child development, and emotional wellbeing

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and be passionate about inspiring a love of learning

  • Be reflective, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development
