Role: Full-Time, Permanent KS2/3 Class Teacher for SEN MLD students, with Main Pay Range / UPR + 1 SEN Point as per School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document

Thriftwood School seeks an energetic Teacher committed to our innovative and successful ethos. Join a team dedicated to supporting pupils aged 5-19 with moderate learning difficulties and complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech & language, and social communication difficulties.

The role includes:

  1. Assisting in maintaining and developing the school's 'outstanding' status by delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
  2. Supporting the Leadership Team to ensure an excellent curriculum and assessment strategy that provides a high-quality education and achieves high standards.
  3. Planning, preparing, and delivering motivating lessons aligned with the School's Teaching and Learning policy and Curriculum offer.
