Our pupils are happy, enthusiastic, and well-behaved learners who make our school a fantastic place to be. All members of our school community work together to live out our school values of respect, responsibility, and peace. Who are we looking for?

We are looking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher who:

• Understands the importance of highly effective EYFS and Key Stage 1 provision.
• Has a secure subject knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Recognises and celebrates the uniqueness of every child within their class, tailoring their teaching to meet every child’s needs.
• Uses positive behaviour management strategies and demonstrates a compassionate and restorative approach to dealing with behaviours.
• Has the skills to work with colleagues to plan and deliver a creative, engaging, and effective learning curriculum.
• Whose personal values align with those of our school.
• Will actively contribute to school life and the wider community.
• Possesses a sense of humour, positive outlook and has empathy.
• Is a reflective practitioner who recognises the importance of professional learning.
