Salary: MPS1-UPS3, actual salary £30,000-£46,525

From September 2025, St Michael’s C of E Primary School has a vacancy in Year 6 for a skilled teacher with expertise in teaching Maths. This post is not suitable for an ECT.

Our school has a strong family feel, built on our Christian values and ethos. The behaviour and attitudes of our children are excellent. We are well supported by our parents and carers.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective teacher to join our dedicated and hardworking staff.

Candidate requirements:

1. Excellent classroom practitioner with a deep understanding of the Primary Maths Curriculum, particularly Maths.
2. Ability to support our Christian Ethos.
3. Team player, committed to making a positive contribution to the whole school.
4. Resilient and emotionally intelligent.
5. Committed to enabling all children to thrive socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically.
