Job summary

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo is seeking a motivated Class Teacher to join our ambitious primary team from January 2027. Located within Leigh Academies Trust, we offer a flexible curriculum and opportunities to work with secondary specialists to enrich pupil learning.

Responsibilities

• Shape innovative learning environments as part of our two-form entry expansion.
• Collaborate across primary and secondary staff to design and deliver cross-phase curriculum enhancements.
• Lead subject development across the primary phase with the autonomy and resources to succeed.
• Engage in bespoke CPD and instructional coaching to support career progression.
