Job summary

Just Teachers Ltd in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Classroom Teacher to join a welcoming Primary Academy from September 2026. The role is full-time and open to either KS1 or KS2, with a focus on delivering engaging lessons and sustaining a positive learning culture.

You will plan, assess, and differentiate work to meet diverse needs, uphold safeguarding standards, and collaborate with staff, families, and external partners to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• QTS in the UK or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching KS1 or KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners and align with the national curriculum.
• Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to succeed.
• Differentiate learning activities to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.
• Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, using data to inform planning and ensure positive outcomes.
• Establish positive behaviour expectations and implement effective classroom management strategies.

A welcoming and inclusive Primary Academyin Peterborough is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026.

The school are looking for either a KS1 or KS2 teacherwho can deliver engaging lessons, inspire a love of learning, and create a positive classroom culture that supports the progress and wellbeing of all pupils. This role will have the potential to be permanent.
