Class Teacher Maternity Cover

Littlegreen Academy is seeking to appoint a committed and resilient teacher to join our teaching team on a fixed-term basis as maternity leave cover.

Littlegreen Academy is a SEMH school for boys aged 7-16 years (close to Rowlands Castle, Clanfield, and Horndean). It became a member of The Solent Academies Trust on 1st January 2019. We are an outstanding special schools trust and learning community, which includes Mary Rose Academy, Cliffdale Primary Academy, Dove House Academy, and Redwood Park Academy. The Trust has a successful track record of developing and supporting staff to ensure you gain the skills and experience to enable our pupils to achieve great things.

We are looking for a dynamic teacher who can demonstrate outstanding learning and teaching with our pupils. You will be energised and motivated to ensure our pupils have highly engaging and tailored learning opportunities, preparing them well for life now and in the future. We seek a team player who is consistent, reliable, and has a great sense of humour!

The role is also suitable for an Early Careers Teacher.

We will provide high-quality coaching support and induction, along with opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive community.
