Position: Class Teacher, Stratford Park Campus
Salary: (M1 - UPS3) + 1 SEN (£30,000 - £46,525) + £2,679

The City of Birmingham School is seeking an ambitious, inspirational, and enthusiastic teacher who can demonstrate excellent classroom practice and contribute to improving outcomes for pupils. We are looking for a Class Teacher with experience in mainstream teaching, a strong understanding of pedagogy, and knowledge of raising expectations and attainment in the classroom.

Located across multiple campuses in the city, our specialised teams of teachers and support staff work together to support pupils with complex social, emotional needs, and challenging behaviours.
As the Pupil Referral Unit for Birmingham local authority, we support pupils who have been, or are at risk of, permanent exclusion, Children in Care, and those experiencing emotionally based school refusal. Our Behaviour Support Team also offers a traded service to local schools.
