Job summary

St Bart’s Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with St Saviour's CofE Academy, is seeking a motivated teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will focus on pupil learning, safeguarding, and achieving high standards in line with school policy and the Teacher Standards.

You will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with parents and staff to improve attainment within a Christian ethos and welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging lessons and adapt to pupils' needs.
• Able to assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Familiar with safeguarding requirements and appropriate boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group.
• Prepare and develop teaching materials and pastoral arrangements.
• Be accountable for attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse needs, including SEND/EAL.
• Promote high standards of literacy and use marks/feedback effectively.
