Beyond Schools Trust's Internal Alternative Provision in East Kilbride is seeking a Class Teacher to work with pupils at risk of exclusion. The role focuses on relation-led, personalised lessons and trauma-informed approaches to support achievement.

Job description

This Class Teacher post sits in the Internal Alternative Provision run by Beyond Schools Trust, which takes pupils at risk of exclusion or disengagement. The work centres on teaching these pupils through structured, relationship-led lessons with personalised support. The role suits a teacher with experience of social, emotional, behavioural or additional learning needs, or a clear wish to build that expertise, using trauma-informed approaches. Candidates must be qualified teachers, the post starts in January 2027 and visa sponsorship is not available.
