You will work with outstanding Teaching Assistants and experienced colleagues to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, progress and safeguarding.

This SEMH school in Walsall is looking to appoint a dedicated Class Teacher to join their supportive and experienced team.
As a Class Teacher, you will teach small classes of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours. You will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons while creating a calm, structured and supportive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued and able to engage with learning.
This role requires excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may face barriers to education. You will work closely with a small staff team and be supported by outstanding Teaching Assistants who play a key role in supporting behaviour, engagement and progress. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
