Salary (Actual): £21,933 - £47,839 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and develop the curriculum
Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development
Contribute to the life of the school through extra-curricular and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes
Strong behaviour management skills and high expectations for all learners
The ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
