Supply Desk is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Class Teacher with a background in lower Key Stage 2 to join a welcoming and high-achieving school. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils' development within a caring and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

• Teach a broad range of subjects across Key Stage 2, adapting content to suit the needs of the class
• Employ the most effective and up-to-date teaching strategies to support pupil progress and engagement
• Maintain a well-organised, stimulating classroom environment that promotes high-quality learning
• Develop pupils’ independent learning skills through targeted teaching and support
• Take full academic and pastoral responsibility for a class, fostering both wellbeing and achievement
• Prepare lesson plans and documentation in line with school policies and curriculum guidelines
• Integrate ICT into lessons effectively and promote cross-curricular learning opportunities

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Ongoing commitment to professional development
• Proven teaching experience in a relevant setting
• Experience in resource management
• Strong understanding of current educational developments
• Familiarity with performance management processes
• Knowledge of effective teaching, learning, and evaluation strategies
