Job summary

  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and disadvantaged pupils.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers to support learning and wellbeing.
  • Promote excellent behaviour and a culture of respect throughout the school.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share outstanding practice.
  • Contribute fully to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and community events.
  • Uphold the safeguarding and welfare of all children at all times.
