About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reflective and committed Class Teacher to join our team. • Delivers high-quality, engaging and inclusive teaching.
• Has strong curriculum and pedagogical knowledge and uses assessment effectively to inform teaching.
• Understands the importance of well-sequenced learning that builds securely on pupils’ prior knowledge.
• Uses adaptive teaching effectively to enable all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils, to access and succeed within the curriculum.
• Creates a positive classroom culture where children are Ready, Respectful and Safe.
• Builds warm and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Is reflective, evidence-informed and committed to continued professional development.
• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
• Will embrace and actively contribute to our Christian vision, values and ethos.
